Inês Gamboa, a Lisbon native, graduated in product design at the Faculty of Fine Arts in 2019. Despite her formal education, her passion always gravitaded towards ceramics, drawing, glass and photography. She showcased her work in Gulgagergaard, a ceramic residency in Denmark, which motivated her to pursue a career in art, creating an interest in exploring contemporary ideas in favor of more reaction/interaction and more positive discussion. In parallel, she started assisting in art studios and began to produce props for movies,
adverts and web series, working with quirky materials and innovating techniques. In these last couple of years, working as a freelancer, Inês has done art direction for adverts, produced props for events and some exhibitions of her paintings and sculptures.
